How large is your company?  
Our team includes two full-time employees and independent contractors. Both Alberta Hipps and Lara Tanier are Jacksonville natives. Alberta started the company in 2004 and Lara joined her in 2005. In addition, other independent contractors work with clients under Hipps Group, Inc. to best serve the identified goals and objectives of the client’s desired outcome on issues and policies included in their specific work plan.
